FRP Filament Wound Pipe

Manufactured by filament winding continuous glass fiber rovings impregnated with thermosetting resin (polyester, vinyl ester, or epoxy) onto the external surface of steel pipe, followed by curing. Features excellent corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, good electrical insulation, and lightweight compared to solid steel.

FBE Coated Steel Pipe

Produced by electrostatically spraying thermosetting epoxy powder onto preheated steel pipe surface, where the powder melts, flows, and cures into a uniform, continuous film. Features excellent corrosion resistance, strong cathodic disbondment resistance, good chemical resistance, and a smooth surface.

Polyethylene Coated Steel Pipe

Manufactured by applying three-layer polyethylene coating (fusion bonded epoxy + copolymer adhesive + polyethylene) onto the external surface of steel pipe. Features excellent corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, good cathodic disbondment resistance, and long service life in aggressive environments.

Polyurethane anti-corrosion steel pipe

Manufactured by spray or pour application of two-component liquid polyurethane (PU) onto blast-cleaned steel pipe surface, forming a seamless, elastomeric protective layer. Features excellent abrasion resistance, high mechanical strength, good cathodic disbondment resistance, and outstanding resistance to impact, cavitation, and seawater.

Plastic-coated steel pipe

Manufactured by applying thermosetting or thermoplastic powder (polyethylene PE or epoxy EP) onto the internal and/or external surface of steel pipe through electrostatic spraying, fluidized bed, or extrusion processes, followed by heat curing. Features excellent corrosion resistance, good chemical resistance, smooth inner surface for low friction, and strong adhesion.

Epoxy coal tar pitch steel pipe

Produced by applying coal tar epoxy coating onto blasted steel pipe surface in multiple layers, often reinforced with fiberglass cloth. Features excellent corrosion resistance, good cathodic disbondment resistance, strong adhesion, and low water absorption.
