What we can provide from one purchase order

First, steel pipes in all common grades and sizes. Seamless from 1/2 inch to 36 inch. Welded ERW from 1/2 inch to 24 inch. LSAW from 20 inch to 80 inch. Grades include ASTM A106 Gr.B, A53 Gr.B, API 5L Gr.B through X70, and ST52.

Second, pipe fittings. Elbows (45, 90, 180 degrees), tees (equal and reducing), reducers (concentric and eccentric), caps, and bends. Materials match pipe grades. Butt weld and threaded types available.

Third, flanges. Slip on, weld neck, blind, threaded, and lap joint flanges in class 150 to 2500. Face types: flat face, raised face, and ring joint. Carbon steel and stainless steel.

Fourth, coating and lining. Fusion bonded epoxy (FBE), three layer polyethylene (3LPE), three layer polypropylene (3LPP), and internal epoxy coating for drinking water or oil services. We work with certified coating mills.

Project example A: 500 meters of API 5L X52 seamless pipe, plus 40 elbows, 20 tees, 15 reducers, and 60 slip on flanges. All coated with 3LPE. Shipped to Jebel Ali port. One PO. One delivery.

Project example B: 2000 meters of ASTM A106 Gr.B seamless pipe with beveled ends, plus internal epoxy lining. No fittings required. Shipped to Houston. One PO. One delivery.

How to place a bundled order

Step 1: Send us your complete material takeoff list. Include pipe sizes, grades, lengths, fitting types and quantities, flange classes and sizes, and any coating specifications.

Step 2: We check all items and reply with a consolidated quote including total weight, estimated container count, and delivery timeline.

Step 3: You confirm and we issue a proforma invoice. We then source or produce each item. You are welcome to arrange third party inspection for the full package.

Step 4: We pack, consolidate, load, and ship. All items on one bill of lading.
