Some suppliers talk about quality. We prove it. When you order from us, you are welcome to bring any third party inspection agency such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TÜV to our facility. They can witness every step from raw material checking to final testing. No hidden corners. No special treatment. Just transparent quality.

Why third party inspection matters to you

Without independent verification, you rely only on promises. With SGS, BV, or TÜV on site, you get unbiased reports before we ship. This means fewer surprises at your destination port, lower rejection rates on your project site, and full confidence when you pay the final balance.

What inspectors typically verify

A standard third party inspection covers four areas.

First, dimensional check: outside diameter, wall thickness, length, straightness, and end finishing.

Second, mechanical properties: tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and hardness.

Third, non destructive testing: ultrasonic or eddy current for seamless pipes, and X ray or ultrasonic for welded seams.

Fourth, hydrostatic test: each pressure pipe is tested to the required pressure with hold time and no leakage.

We keep all testing equipment calibrated and certified. Inspectors can review calibration records on request.

What about chemical composition?

We provide mill test certificates (MTC) with heat numbers and full chemical analysis. Third party inspectors may take samples for independent lab analysis. We support this fully. If the sample fails to match the MTC, we cover the retest cost and replace any non conforming pipes at our expense. This is our commitment.

How to arrange an inspection

Step 1: You place an order and specify the required inspection standard (for example API 5L or ASTM A106).

Step 2: You contact SGS, BV, or TÜV in your home country. They will assign a local inspector to our factory.

Step 3: We coordinate with the inspector on date and scope. You receive the inspection report directly from the agency.

Step 4: Only after you approve the report do we schedule shipment.

We already hold key certifications

In addition to accepting third party inspections, we maintain our own credentials including ISO 9001, CE PED, and API 5L. Copies are available upon request. For projects that require specific country approvals (such as Saudi Aramco or Kuwait Oil Company), we can discuss requirements case by case.

Your risk is our responsibility

We do not ask for 100 percent payment before you see the inspection result. Our standard terms allow a balance payment after inspection and before loading. This aligns our interest with yours. We only get paid when you are satisfied with the quality.
